From San Isidro to Lake Meliquina.
What began in Buenos Aires more than three decades ago is today a 3-hectare property on the shore of Lake Meliquina, with two branches of development: hospitality and SICLA.
- 1995
Avataras is born in San Isidro (Buenos Aires) — a space that combined table, rhythmic gymnastics and yoga.
- 1997
The group discovers the lots on the shore of Lake Meliquina and decides to move to the region.
- 1998
Opening of a restaurant in San Martín de los Andes — a cosmopolitan offer with international, ethnic and fusion cuisine, very different from the regional fare of the time.
- 1999
To complement low seasons, the landscaping and earthworks branch is born — the seed of today's construction company.
- 2003
Start of the garden and fruit tree planting in Meliquina.
- 2008
Closure of the San Martín restaurant. The group moves definitively to the 3 hectares of Meliquina.
- 2015
Tasting lunches begin. The earthworks company transforms into a construction company, alongside a great friend.
- 2017
SICLA is born — Integral System of Light Construction Argentina.
- 2020
In the middle of the pandemic, we begin building the Tiny Houses.
- 2025
In the lodging area we partner with La Morada Lodge and open the glamping by the lakeshore.

We cultivate, cook and build our paradise together. Here, hospitality isn't protocol: it's the natural consequence of a life in community.
Always focused on those who will receive what we produce, nourishing those we feed, sheltering those we lodge and creating continents for others to develop their lives.
Eight partners, two branches, one purpose.
All partners are owners and workers. We are 8 partners with diverse ages and multiple activities, but a common purpose and philosophy. We work together, valuing consensus and prioritizing human relationships above all.
We have two branches of development:

Avataras joins the La Morada Lodge universe.
In 2025, Avataras Meliquina joined the universe of La Morada Lodge — an alliance that strengthens the offer based on connection with nature, comfort and authentic experiences in unique settings of Argentina.
La Morada Lodge was born in Mendoza from the shared dream of four friends with the intention of creating an integral hospitality experience for lovers of nature, good food and wine. Located on 270 hectares of vineyards in Uco Valley, it combines high-comfort lodging, a notable wine cellar and excellent gastronomy.
In both Patagonia and Mendoza, they are united by the Andes, the origin, the products of the land and the same essence: to create memorable stays where landscape and enjoyment integrate authentically.
