«We are responsible for the happiness of our guests while they are with us.»
Brillat-Savarin's phrase has been with us since 1995 — from the bistro in San Isidro to this property in Meliquina. It is what sustains every decision of hospitality, every plate, every gesture at the table.
Eight-course tasting lunches where what is served was born meters from the kitchen. Each day we build the menu choosing what is at its best, according to season. What we don't produce comes from local farmers who care about excellence. An experience without time, without rush.
